IQAC Introduction

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) an autonomous body established by the University Grants Commission (UGC), accredited the Netaji Subhas College, Abhanpur, Chhattisgarh In pursuance of NAAC action plan for performance evaluation, assessment and accreditation and quality up-gradation of HEIs, the NSM established an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. The IQAC of the NSM started functioning with effect from 2011 . Since then the IQAC has been channelizing the goals of the College incessantly. The IQAC has been making all out efforts to ensure the tempo of quality culture among NSM various constituents. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC has become a part of the institution?s system and has been working towards realisation of the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance. The IQAC has already developed a system and continuously strengthening and improving its function for bringing in conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the NSM. The IQAC has evolved and developing best practices and benchmarks for various components of the College.
